The picture makes it seem like you'll get two bowls, but the title is correct (bowl, singular). There's not much else to say about it, you get a stainless steel bowl. It's easy to clean, the rubber lip keeps it from sliding around, and it seems portable enough. It says it's a dog bowl but I got it for my cat who seems to like it. A wet wipe or paper towel is sufficient to clean out any residual cat food after use. I rate this five paws out of five.

I bought these as a 2nd set. Already own a set. I really like them because they are sturdy and easy to clean.

We recently adopted a new cat from the Humane Society and he just loves to tip over water bowls. Of all kinds. At all hours of the day. It was war, and he was winning. Until now. This bowl is just perfect for my cat. Or should I say for me? Wide bottom and no edges to latch onto for which to fulfill his destiny. This bowl was the edge I needed. I can now rest peacefully. No more bowls flying in the night. No more puddles greeting me in the morn.

First things first, these bowls are HUGE! Our adult cat could easily lay in them and be quite comfortable. We knew this before purchasing, that they were rather large, however they are still larger than we imagined.

Now that the only bad is out of the way, here's the good. Our cat can no longer move, spill, topple, flip, or magically make a mess of his water/food. Our old bowls were too easily flipped or scooted across the floor. We would constantly walk into a wet (dry) food situation. It's been a few months now and we've had no issues with these new bowls. The rubber border keeps them on our wood and tile floors. Yes, we tested both! Couldn't believe it, this is our third attempt for bowls!

I think you would be hard pressed to find a bowl (let alone a set of 2) for a comparable price, quality, and piece of mind that they will keep food and water in their place.

These are larger bowls and they have the non-skid bottoms which were the features I was looking for. I only hand wash them even though they're dishwasher safe. Due to the size and shape they would only retain water in the bottoms and not be clean in the end. Super easy to clean so it's a non-issue. I would recommend!
