        I was hesitant based on some of the negative reviews but I followed the video from the website exactly on how to unpack it. If you follow the video it fluffs Up in 24 to 48 hours exactly like the video says. It did take some time there are large clumps that you have to pull apart but once you have them pulled apart and let the mattress it it was quite large and fluffy. And as you can see in the picture of the beanbag is perfect as a bean bag and nice and large I have the full size. So as long as you follow the instructions I think you were fine I am really impressed and it’s perfect for our play room and now having a guest bed. My only disappointment I ordered navy and I got gray I wish they would send me the Navy but no one from customer service is responding to me.

        Please consider the soze before buying. It is really big and literally took up my whole living room space (I live in a small apartment). Not an issue for me since it's very comfortable and can sleep on it without waking up with neck pain.
        Just note that this is not some memory foam kind of bed. Nevertheless, it is very comfortable as a bean bag.

        We keep this in my son's room and he is the chair every night reading. He has even fallen asleep in it. The bed portion of it my nefew said when he slept over that it was very comfortable.

        I got queen. I have back problems, and for what ever reason this doesn't hurt my back to sleep on. I love it.

        As a bed: I love but others in my family do not. It is bits of memory foam but I knew that when I got it. Note that it needs to sit and you need to un-clump the bedding so allow time for that before use. Also, I got the queen and I would say it is close to that size. Bigger than a full bed but maybe a smidge smaller than a queen. It is just the nature of the type of bed to loose space.

        As a chair: I am in love. It is perfection. I was not planning to use it at all, just leave it in the guest room, but I love it. So cozy. I am small so I can sleep on it in the bag. I have no complaints.

        I had high hopes for this bean bag bed thing and it exceeded each and everyone. I prefer sleeping with my bed on the floor for a variety of reasons, one of which is I prefer being closer to ground level. But I didn’t want a normal bed because there is limited space in my home and I also needed a chair for meditation and just vibing.
